The moss sticks are easy to extend (connecting pieces can be ordered separately), see 2nd photo. You simply pinch the piece together and push it into the stick, slide another stick over it until they are snug.
Tip: Water your plant through the moss stick, this way it is evenly distributed in the pot and the plant can slowly soak it up. Just make sure you have a drip hole to avoid drowning your roots.
The acidity of lactic acid (from potato peel) prevents mould on the climbing poles. Kratiste climbing poles are therefore not only durable, but also safe and healthy for your plants and nature.
The poles have a diameter of 40 mm.

Utterly brilliant! I've always been a coir pole kinda girl (moss is too much fuss and upkeep, and I like to be able to reposition my plant supports easily) but I'm totally sold! The fact that these are Biobased and made from basically waste vegetation products is brilliant, but they're also REALLY sturdy, super easy to use and the plant clips are inspired! I have LOTS of tropical plants, including loads of climbers, so I'll be bulk buying these!

Ich habe mir die Stäbe bestellt, weil ich eine natürliche Optik wollte und mir das praktische Stecksystem gefallen hat. Das Produkt ist nun seit zwei Wochen im Einsatz und ich bin bisher zufrieden. Zur Wurzelanhaftung kann ich nach so kurzer Zeit noch kein Feedback geben.
